There's a full moon tonight.......
all the loonies are out!
K8's comment about the date of the full moon needs to be answered:
Being' a pirate and all, I really don't know much about calendars and such. But,
IT LOOKED like a full moon to me.
However, it could have been due to the beer, but my camera doesn't drink (as far as I know).
There is another possibility, K8 is WAY up there in South Dakota, so maybe the full moon gets to you a few days later than here.
That doesn't really sound plausible though, so maybe it's that pesky global warming thing I read about once.
To tell you the truth, I just don't know what I'm talking about.

Captain Crab's Thoughts from the Road
Tourist season sucks! The lovely family in the white car stayed in the left lane for as long as I was on I-29 in SW Iowa. They were passed on the right numerous times. One of the reasons I don't drive on multiple lane roads unless I have to!
Road construction season sucks!
Country & Western artists (questionable) should not be allowed to do covers of rock and roll songs!
The San Francisco Giants don't suck!
My 40th* High School Class Reunion was a blast!

Sturgis Bikers
It's summer and the motorcycle world has it's eyes on South Dakota, the town of Sturgis in particular. For this reason I am reposting a picture I took last year. Why would you do that, you ask? Two reasons:
1. Looking at the snow will help you feel a bit better about the warm weather we have been having.
2. Maybe seeing this biker, who didn't make it to Sturgis, will make ride a little safer on your trip to Sturgis.
