I never really bought the whole "compassionate conservatism" thing either.
My aunt was a teacher many years ago here in Canada. She said quite a few kids came with no lunch and hadn't had breakfast. We have to help these children; yes they have either neglectful or poverty-stricken parents, but should we not help because of that?Some things are just right to do and we must do them.
Yes, these children need help. Not the people who make $250,000 and up.And Republicans call liberals "elite"?
